Residential Hospice Care Manager

We are looking for an experienced Residential Hospice Care Manager to join our team at Res-Care, Inc. As a Residential Hospice Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our residential hospice programs and ensuring the highest level of care is delivered to our patients.

Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of our residential hospice programs, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and develop individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular patient assessments and reviews to ensure optimal care delivery.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field required.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state and American Heart Association CPR certification required.
- Minimum 2 years of hospice experience, preferably in a management role.
Estimated Salary:$100,000 - $125,000 per annum (dependent on location, qualifications, and experience).
