Senior Hospice Liaison Specialist

Richmond and surrounding counties are in need of a skilled Clinical Liaison to support the growth and development of Hospice of Virginia. As a Clinical Liaison, you will be responsible for increasing public awareness of hospice services and driving admissions for patients. This role requires strong collaboration with the Hospice Liaison team and Admissions team to achieve goals.
Salary and Benefits
This position comes with a competitive salary of $**65,000 - $80,000 per year**, along with a generous PTO program, 401K plus match, and comprehensive benefits package. If you're passionate about providing quality care to patients and families, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field, and be licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice. You will work closely with referral sources to provide education and develop relationships, identifying appropriate care and services for patients and families. Additionally, you will be responsible for making independent decisions when circumstances warrant, dealing tactfully with patients, family members, visitors, agency personnel, and general public. A valid driver's license and proof of insurance is required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to make presentations to large groups. You must also possess knowledge of quality assessment and assurance procedures, with experience working in a fast-paced environment. An acceptable combination of experience and/or training may be considered instead of formal education.
