About the Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Residential Care Team Member to join our team at UMFS. As a Residential Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing direct care and support to residents, including supervision, daily therapeutic care, programming, and crisis intervention.

You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents, utilizing evidence-based practices and strategies to promote positive behavior change. A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services related field and six months of experience working with youth with behavioral and emotional issues or Autism Spectrum Disorder are required.

The successful candidate can expect a salary of $43,000 - $51,000 per year, plus a range of benefits, including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional development.
