Role Summary
The Customer Assistance Representative will deliver exceptional customer service by supporting both internal and external clients, primarily through face-to-face interactions. This role involves assisting with branch and rental requirements while gaining valuable knowledge through local training and hands-on experience. Responsibilities include providing administrative support, serving customers, and acting as a rental backup.
Compensation and Schedule
This part-time position offers competitive pay and a performance-based monthly bonus. The expected hourly wage ranges from $17.00 to $19.00, with guaranteed hours each week.

Work Schedule:
Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls related to reservations, rate inquiries, and general customer questions.
- Manage outgoing calls for follow-ups and various assignments.
- Provide a high level of customer service by assessing rental needs in person and over the phone.
- Welcome customers in a friendly and timely manner.
- Offer directions and general assistance as needed.
- Evaluate the condition of rental vehicles upon return.
- Process vehicle returns and check-ins efficiently.
- Market the company while ensuring safe and courteous transportation of customers.
- Communicate rental terms, vehicle features, and additional services effectively.
- Assist in selling optional protection products and upgrades.
- Notify management of any vehicle issues or maintenance needs.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness as required.
- Perform various administrative tasks including billing support and report generation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; some college experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service or administrative support experience is necessary.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
