Customer Service Liaison for Bay Area Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between callers, walk-ins, and the hospital billing department at Bay Area Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Field inquiries across a wide range of billing information for facility and professional claims billed by Bay Area Hospital
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients, guarantors, insurance companies, providers, and other departments
* Collaborate with the hospital billing department to resolve billing-related issues
Requirements:
