Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Greet patients and escort them to examination rooms, assist with completion of forms as necessary, and ensure all questions are answered.
  • Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, accommodate patient needs, contact insurance companies to verify eligibility, and perform clerical work as needed.
  • Procedure Support: Assist doctors during Endovenous Laser Therapy procedures, prepare patients before procedures, and clean up after.
  • Supply Management: Monitor supply levels and replace as needed, and maintain procedure rooms to ensure they are neat and ready for use.
  • Training and Development: Train new staff as needed and assist ultrasound staff as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Certifications: Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA/CMA/RMA) required.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Availability: Weekend availability required.
