Frontier Senior Living is in search of a dedicated Operations Specialist to enhance our dynamic Regional team. This role is pivotal in supporting our operations across various communities, ensuring that we uphold our standards of excellence in Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations to guarantee resident safety, satisfaction, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Work closely with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to track and report on critical metrics, including labor budgets and staffing levels.
  • Assist in the recruitment and retention of qualified personnel, overseeing job advertisements, interviews, and training processes.
  • Step in as acting Executive Director or Sales Director during leadership vacancies.
  • Drive profitability by meeting established budget and occupancy targets set by Corporate.
  • Implement the core principles of Frontier Fundamentals.
  • Conduct interviews with potential residents and provide suitable referrals.
  • Ensure maximum occupancy while maintaining resident satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
  • Oversee community-specific projects and tasks across various departments.
  • Educate communities on company policies and procedures to ensure consistent compliance.
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in management, marketing, or sales is preferred. A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Possession of a valid professional license in good standing (e.g., Skilled Care, RCF, ALF, BH) is necessary.
  • A minimum of three (3) years of operational experience, ideally in Senior Living long-term care, assisted living, or retirement housing, is required. Experience in multi-site, multi-state operations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with residents and staff.
  • A compassionate approach towards seniors is crucial.
  • Must be a self-motivated individual.
  • A current state-specific driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
  • Current or the ability to obtain a state-specific assisted living administrator certificate is necessary.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
  • Strong skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and budgeting are required.
