Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations to guarantee resident safety, satisfaction, and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Work closely with the Regional Vice President (RVP) to track and report on critical metrics, including labor budgets and staffing levels.
- Assist in the recruitment and retention of qualified personnel, overseeing job advertisements, interviews, and training processes.
- Step in as acting Executive Director or Sales Director during leadership vacancies.
- Drive profitability by meeting established budget and occupancy targets set by Corporate.
- Implement the core principles of Frontier Fundamentals.
- Conduct interviews with potential residents and provide suitable referrals.
- Ensure maximum occupancy while maintaining resident satisfaction and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee community-specific projects and tasks across various departments.
- Educate communities on company policies and procedures to ensure consistent compliance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in management, marketing, or sales is preferred. A degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
- Possession of a valid professional license in good standing (e.g., Skilled Care, RCF, ALF, BH) is necessary.
- A minimum of three (3) years of operational experience, ideally in Senior Living long-term care, assisted living, or retirement housing, is required. Experience in multi-site, multi-state operations is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with residents and staff.
- A compassionate approach towards seniors is crucial.
- Must be a self-motivated individual.
- A current state-specific driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Current or the ability to obtain a state-specific assisted living administrator certificate is necessary.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision is essential.
- Strong skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, and budgeting are required.
