The Checa Group is seeking a highly skilled and organized General Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide critical support to our busy agents with various administrative tasks, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Job

You will be responsible for processing files, scanning documents, entering listings on MLS, and communicating with clients via phone and/or email to schedule appointments. Additionally, you will assist with general administrative duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

We are looking for an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. If you are a self-motivated and reliable individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) with fluent writing skills in both languages (Portuguese a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Excellent punctuality and attendance record
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Programs/Internet/e-mail
