Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Corp. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling and promoting Tommy Hilfiger merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide TH Customer Service to company standard, ensuring a positive store experience for all customers.
  • Keep merchandise filled to appropriate levels on sales floor, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Ensure the store is visually distinctive and appearance impeccably maintained, adhering to visual presentation standards.
  • Minimize shortages through proper loss prevention procedures, observing sales floor and stockroom for any unusual activity.
  • Demonstrate awareness of store sales plans and results, as well as individual contribution to business results.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures, executing Opening and Closing checklist duties as directed by store management.
  • Manage time and prioritize tasks, maintaining a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the position.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills, representing the TH image through personal and professional appearance.
Customer Service Responsibilities:
  • Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with the TH Customer Service standards, building a repeat customer base through excellent service.
  • Maintain strong knowledge regarding product, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Effectively maintain zone coverage, acknowledging every customer within the zone and treating customers with priority over assigned tasks.
Personal and Operational Responsibilities:
  • Represent the TH image through personal and professional appearance, demonstrating professional image and conduct.
  • Be flexible to work rotating hours, as assigned by management, and communicate concerns to management.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures, observing sales floor and stockroom for loss prevention and advising management of any unusual activity.
  • Execute markdowns and re-merchandise as needed, maintaining store organization, fixtures, and hardware.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $14.73 - $17.40, based on level of experience and knowledge.

Benefits: Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave, public health emergency leave, and a market-competitive total rewards package, including diverse and robust health and insurance benefits, and an above-market 401(k) contribution.
