As an Occupational Injury Examiner, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating the employee injury claim process to facilitate return to work and partner with our Third Party Administrator (TPA) to bring the claim to conclusion as quickly and cost effectively as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and work daily with new occupational incidents and all existing claims
* Collaborate closely with our company's TPAs, employees, and management to coordinate return to work, medical care, payment activity, and ultimate claim resolution
* Document all work activity in our Risk Management Information System (RMIS) Risk Master
* Follow claim guidelines, including automatic and manual diaries for work product
* Provide reports as required

Requirements:

* College Degree preferred
* Ability to take and follow instructions
* Computer knowledge required, with previous RMIS experience a plus
* Detail-oriented and task-driven individual
* Ability to work in a paperless environment with third-party software
* Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, and organization skills
* Prior claim experience and current adjusting license considered
* Possess strong written and oral communication skills
* Servant leader and team-oriented individual
