Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as project manager and representative of the client's interests in exciting projects for DB InfraGO AG.
  • Manage the support of internal and external tenants, act as a contact person for tenants and their project participants regarding DB internal regulations and inspection obligations for store construction and renovation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with project goals and consider all technical framework and standard requirements within the approved cost, schedule, and quality framework.
  • Coordinate procurement planning and make decisions on or monitor the use of funds for planning and consulting services, as well as the contractual obligations of the planner (planning, cost estimation, scheduling) and procurement planning for executing companies.
  • Demand planning optimizations in case of deviations from intermediate planning results, check planning results, and approve them.
  • Make decisions on construction execution in coordination with the client, as well as accepting the final results.

Requirements:

  • Strong project management skills with experience in construction projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
