  • Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular inspections to assess work quality, ensuring compliance with project specifications and building codes.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and best practices on the job site, conducting safety meetings and inspections as necessary.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the construction process, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies as needed.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of construction superintendent experience.
  • 5+ years of commercial and residential renovation and restoration experience.
  • Current valid driver's license and the ability to operate motor vehicles.
