Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the successful completion of various construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from planning through close-out.
  • Manage in-house teams, interface with clients, and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and design firms.
  • Keep stakeholders informed and up-to-date on project schedules and budgets.
  • Collaborate with Superintendents to ensure safe, on-schedule, and high-quality project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction and substantial experience with a General Contractor/Construction Manager.
  • Minimum five years of experience in construction activities (schedule, cost control, accounting, logistics, project management).
  • Strong commitment to safety and ability to keep projects and teams on track.
  • Desire to learn and adopt new technologies.
  • Baseline understanding of Procore beneficial.
