We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Soliant Health. This role is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about enhancing the communication abilities of students and fostering their academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough assessments of speech and language capabilities for students.
- Design personalized intervention plans and objectives tailored to address specific communication challenges.
- Deliver therapeutic services through both individual and group sessions to promote students' speech and language growth.
- Work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a unified approach to student support.
- Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting therapy methods as necessary.
- Engage actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to provide valuable contributions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
- Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience in educational or pediatric environments is preferred, although new graduates are encouraged to consider this opportunity.
