Role Summary: This position is based in the Okmulgee County Extension Office and focuses on leading agricultural initiatives and youth development programs. The role involves a balanced commitment, dedicating approximately 50% of time to agricultural education and 50% to youth development activities. The educator will collaborate with local stakeholders and advisory groups to design, implement, and assess the comprehensive county extension program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver research-driven educational programs in agriculture and youth development.
- Engage with community members to identify needs and develop relevant programming.

- Master's degree in Agriculture.
- Experience in Cooperative Extension or a similar environment.
Compensation: The base annual salary for entry-level educators with a bachelor's degree starts at $42,000, while those with a master's degree begin at $46,000. Salary is determined based on education and relevant experience.
