Nurse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Coordinator to join our Pediatric Gastroenterology team at Mass General Brigham. As a Nurse Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and leading our nursing team to deliver high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to patients and families, including administering medications and developing care plans.
- Lead and manage the nursing team, including supervising staff and providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure.
- 3-5 years of experience in pediatric gastroenterology or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising staff and leading teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on patient-centered care.
