Nurse Coordinator

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Transplant Nurse Coordinator to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse to coordinate all aspects of the transplant process, including patient assessments, pre and post-transplant care, and quality assurance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in intensive care unit and/or transplant experience, with a minimum of 3 years of recent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all aspects of the transplant process, including patient assessments and pre or post-transplant care.
- Understand pre and post-transplant protocols and act as a resource for internal and external healthcare providers.
- Provide and maintain comprehensive documentation in patient medical records.
- Participate in and support research activities within the Transplant Program and MGH Transplant Center.
- Assure that quality and performance improvement standards are developed, implemented, and maintained.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years recent Intensive Care Unit and/or transplant experience required.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience required.
- Master's degree in a clinical nursing specialty preferred.
