About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Coordinator to join our Lung Transplant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuity of care for patients undergoing lung transplantation. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of the transplant process, including patient assessments, pre-transplant care, and post-transplant follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation in patient medical records.
  • Participate in research activities within the Transplant Program and publish results.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years recent Intensive Care Unit and/or transplant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience required.
  • Master's degree in a clinical nursing specialty preferred.
  • Current Massachusetts licensure as a registered nurse.
