APRN/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled APRN/Physician Assistant to join our team at Baptist Health Medical Group. As an Advanced Practice Clinician, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities- Provide primary and specialty care to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and hospitals.
- Conduct thorough physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree and successful completion of an accredited APRN program.
- Terminal degree in the APRN field is preferred.
- National certification from the appropriate national certifying agency for the particular APRN.
- Must maintain national certification.
- Eligible for professional liability insurance at all times.
- Current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice as an APRN in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
- BCLS required through the American Heart Association.
- ACLS as required for the position.
