Responsibilities

  • Perform daily living activities (ADLs) as scheduled, assisting residents with mobility and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the care team.
  • Assist residents with transfers and mobility using various methods, including gait belts and mechanical lifts.
  • Ensure residents are treated with dignity and respect at all times.

Requirements

  • Previous caregiving experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the Presbyterian Homes & Services mission and values.
  • Ability to work every other weekend and scheduled holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
