We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Round Lake Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community. As a Caregiver, you will provide support to our residents with their personal care services, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong interest in healthcare, a positive and compassionate attitude, and excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience in an assisted living community is preferred, but not required.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care to residents, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care
- Assist with medication administration
