**Job Summary**

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in an Emergency Medicine setting. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide medical care to patients in an Emergency Medicine setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as authorized by state law
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and best practices in Emergency Medicine

**Requirements:**

  • Active state license to practice as a Physician Assistant
  • Board Certification (BC) in Emergency Medicine
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Physician Assistant in an Emergency Medicine setting
  • Ability to work days, swings, and other shifts as needed
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
