M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Ship/Submarine Quality Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in the inspection and testing of naval vessels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of naval vessels to identify any defects or issues
  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with project managers and quality assurance managers to ensure seamless execution of quality control processes
  • Review and certify all data to ensure compliance with company, international, and governmental regulatory standards
  • Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting visual and measurement tests
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years of experience in quality control or a related field
  • Certified Quality Inspector Certification or equivalent
  • NAVSEA Connector Certification or equivalent
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical instructions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
