Responsibilities:
- Act as a clinical and quality expert, guiding evidence-based practices and patient safety initiatives.
- Collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance caregiver development in specialized clinical areas.
- Drive nursing quality indicators and implement evidence-based guidelines to elevate patient outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for quality and safety improvements in collaboration with clinical leadership.
- Support the aggregation and analysis of quality and patient safety data to inform care practices.
- Facilitate the execution of Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including updates to clinical guidelines.
- Assist in evaluating research outcomes and strategizing their integration into clinical practices.
- Conduct unit rounds focused on mentoring and coaching alongside clinical leadership.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: BLS certification required within 30 days of hire. Registered Nurse credential from the Florida Board of Nursing is mandatory prior to hire.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required, with 5 years preferred.
