Maple Heights Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Intake and Admissions to lead our admissions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the admissions process, developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies, and providing leadership to the Admissions Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership to the Admissions Department and cultivate a collaborative team environment.
- Implement the strategic plan of the business development and marketing department as it pertains to admission to the facility.
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures that guide the provision of services.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff.
- Manage the finances of the department, prepare and monitor budgets, and ensure compliance with new laws and regulations.
- Determine and implement admissions best-practices and promote the hospital.
- Bachelor's Degree or nursing license required.
- 5+ years' experience in healthcare-related admissions with a Bachelor's degree.
- Three years of work experience as a Director of Admissions in a substance abuse treatment facility preferred.
- LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS: LCSW, LMHC, CAC/CADC, CPR, and de-escalation/restraint certification required.
