Responsibilities:
  • Manage extensive deployments of Exchange environments and messaging systems, including MS Active Sync, Active Directory, IIS, and Clustering. Provide configuration, support, and administration for various Exchange versions and related technologies.
  • Analyze technical issues and devise solutions using established techniques and tools.
  • Deliver on-site technical support for Microsoft Exchange across different versions and platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to Microsoft SCOM alerts, proactively troubleshooting to prevent potential incidents.
  • Track incidents using the Altiris Ticketing System to support incident and problem management processes.
  • Oversee server performance, conduct routine diagnostics, manage backups, and handle cluster failovers.
  • Monitor Exchange message queues, address non-delivery issues, and maintain operational logs.
  • Create and manage user accounts and mailboxes, including performing mailbox migrations and restorations.
  • Exhibit strong communication and reporting capabilities, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Work effectively with teams across the organization, prioritizing and managing multiple projects.
  • Leverage experience in developing or managing information systems to support complex business processes.
  • Utilize relational database systems effectively.
  • Collaborate within diverse teams, fostering positive working relationships.
  • Develop and maintain applications on the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power BI, while enhancing Office Automation Processes within the Microsoft 365 environment.
