Software Engineering Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team at State Street as a Software Engineering Lead. This is a key role that will involve driving technical excellence and delivering application solutions across our DataGX platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive technical excellence by analyzing, designing, developing, testing, and debugging complex software enhancements and solutions.
- Deliver application solutions by collaborating with on-shore and off-shore teams in different timezones.
- Promote the use of existing SDLC policies and help define new SDLC practices within the DataGX space.
- Work with Business Analysts to translate business requirements into deliverables.
- Support State Street's technology resiliency initiatives.
- Participate in the build out of core cloud services as part of State Street's Core Data Services platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience in IT developing data processing solutions.
- Experience with designing and delivering services, systems, and data platforms.
- Experience in event-driven architectures.
- Experience leading agile delivery and adhering to SDLC processes.
- Experience in evaluating business requirements and estimating delivery timelines, costs, and managing project financials.
- Experience in the financial industry and a strong understanding of related data domains.
