Responsibilities:

* Conduct routine periodic tests or audits on processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Perform OBA/ORT as required to identify and address quality issues.
* Compile quality data and create reports that are suitable for customer presentation.
* Help train and monitor IPQC personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
* Support QHSE certification programs to maintain our high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

* Minimum of a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or a related field.
* ASQ Quality Engineer Certification (preferred).
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
* Ability to work with all levels of quality personnel.
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar capacity as a Manufacturing Quality Engineer.
* Experience creating quality reports with Excel and Minitab.
* Strong working knowledge of Agile and SAP.

Working Conditions:

* Works in an ESD manufacturing environment.
* Lift/carry/push/pull up to 20lbs.
* Stooping, bending, stretching, and reaching outward and over their head.
* This position may require extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking.
* Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
* May require occasional travel.
