We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Monarch Technical Search. As a leading manufacturer of precision machined assembly components, we work with a wide variety of materials and serve a diverse range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections on all incoming materials and finished products to ensure they meet our specifications and industry standards
Use a variety of measuring tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges, to perform accurate and precise measurements
Record and analyze data from inspections to identify any trends or areas for improvement
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation
Train and mentor other team members on quality control processes and procedures
Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding quality concerns and provide timely and effective resolutions
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and efficiency

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in quality assurance is preferred
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
Strong understanding of measurement tools and techniques
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with machining technology and materials is a plus
