Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting engineering parts from vendors, analyzing returned parts with RMA, and managing non-conformity records. You will collaborate with engineering, purchasing, and vendor teams to resolve non-conformities and ensure quality standards. Additionally, you will monitor and follow up on NCRs, control calibration of measurement instruments, and review Engineering Change Notices (ECN). Responsibilities include dimensional and test running inspections at vendor sites, conducting customer video call inspections, creating and maintaining Data Books for equipment, assisting with inventory, implementing 5S activities, performing vendor and safety audits, communicating inspection results, writing deficiency reports, organizing processes for ISO, and creating Inspection Test Plans (ITP).

Key Responsibilities:

Inspection of engineering parts

Analysis of returned parts with RMA

Non-conformity record management

Calibration control of measurement instruments

Reviewing Engineering Change Notices (ECN)

Dimensional and test running inspection

Customer video call inspection

Creating and maintaining Data Books

Inventory assistance

Implementation of 5S activities

Vendor and safety audits

Writing deficiency reports

Organizing processes for ISO

Creating Inspection Test Plans (ITP)

Requirements:

Work Environment:

This role involves working across manufacturing sites, vendor locations, and possibly remote video inspections. The candidate must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
