They will utilize various testing equipment and methodologies to evaluate component performance, reliability, and safety.

A key aspect of this role is collaboration with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions. The Electrical Component Inspector must maintain testing equipment and ensure a clean, organized testing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough testing and inspection of electrical components, including SMT assemblies
  • Utilize various testing equipment and methodologies to evaluate component performance, reliability, and safety
  • Write and issue tickets for non-conformance and prepare detailed non-conformance reports
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions
  • Maintain testing equipment and ensure a clean, organized testing environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical component testing and inspection, with a strong focus on SMT
  • IPC-610 certification required
  • Strong understanding of electrical standards and regulations
  • Proficiency in using testing equipment such as tweezers and microscopes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
