Highly Skilled Electrical Engineering Professional Wanted

Senior Electrical Engineers are responsible for designing, architecting, and implementing complex electrical systems for various industries, including aerospace, renewable energy, robotics, and medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own the design, architecture, and implementation of electronic systems and circuitry.
2. Develop and maintain infrastructure to improve EE team efficiency and project quality.
3. Mentor and guide the EE team, maturing their core competencies and skill sets.
4. Decompose complex electrical systems into discrete bodies of work for other engineers.
5. Partner with customers to lead requirements generation processes and ensure customer success.
6. Perform component selection and trade studies to best generate and satisfy design requirements.
7. Capture schematics and design PCB layouts, create component symbols, and footprints.
8. Conduct design reviews with internal and external stakeholders for hardware and electronic systems.
9. Support Business Development efforts, generating and reviewing estimates for project efforts and assessing scope.
10. Collaborate with Senior Leadership to identify ways to grow and mature SOE's EE capabilities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing custom electronic systems.
3. 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams through hardware design projects from inception to completion.
4. Expertise in end-to-end electronics design from requirements generation through schematic, layout, fabrication, and hardware bring-up.
5. Excellent communication skills for interfacing with internal engineering teams and external suppliers and customers.
6. Experience decomposing ambiguous problems into systems and defining work for cross-disciplinary teams.
7. Expertise in at least one ECAD tool, such as Altium Designer, KiCad, Cadence, PADS, EAGLE, etc.
8. Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly process, design for manufacture and design for assembly (DFM/DFA), and IPC and/or JEDEC standards.
9. Experience with modeling, simulation, and testing of electronics.
Salary: $145,140 - $186,610 + equity incentive plan.
