Position Requirements:

The Client Relations Manager is tasked with negotiating all aspects of scheduled events, including but not limited to rentals, décor, supplies, deliveries, setup/breakdown, scheduling, and payments. This role serves as the primary communication link for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal communication preferred)
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Ability to interpret instructions, diagrams, and food menu specifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft 360, Excel, and Word
  • Flexible, analytical, and proactive team player
  • Thorough understanding of food and hygiene standards
  • Possession of a valid Food Protection Manager Certificate recognized by local authorities
  • Exceptional time management skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Knowledge of food preparation timelines and current food trends
  • Understanding of budget management and cost control related to labor and food purchasing
