Job Summary

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a skilled Social Worker to provide social work interventions for priority Medical Center patient and family needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide social work interventions to address patient and family needs
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct psycho-social assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university
  • Registration with the state of Washington as a Licensed Social Work Associate (LSWAIC), Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Social Work Associate Advanced (LSWAA), or Social Work Advanced (LISW)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of individual and family dynamics and the ability to perform psycho-social assessments
  • Understanding of systems and how to work within systems
