  • Leadership and Team Management

Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.

Community Relations

Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, homeowners, and corporate office stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Facilities and Maintenance

Monitor and oversee the maintenance of community facilities, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the needs of our residents.

Vendor and Project Management

Manage vendor relationships and oversee projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Compliance and Governance

Ensure that our associations are in compliance with governing documents, state law, and our management agreement with the association.

Financial Management

Prepare annual budgets in conjunction with the finance team, ensuring that our financial goals are met.

Dispute Resolution

Handle escalated disputes in a fair and professional manner, ensuring that our residents are satisfied with the outcome.

Requirements
  • Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years as a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager or 1 year portfolio experience.

Knowledge and Skills

Strong working knowledge of state laws governing the operation of community associations, excellent time management skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Software Proficiency

Working knowledge of Caliber software is a plus.
