Portfolio Sales Representative

At LIGHTINGSTAFFINGAGENCY.COM, we are seeking a skilled Portfolio Sales Representative to join our team. As a Portfolio Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients, driving sales initiatives, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • New Business Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs and present solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
  • Market Trends: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in sales, or equivalent customer experience.
  • Valid Driver's License: Valid Driver's License and eligibility to drive a company car or pooled vehicle (driving record must meet guidelines based on the company's Risk Screening for Hiring Drivers and MVR will be reviewed as part of the employment process screening).
  • Sales Principles: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Biological Science: Biological science or related discipline.
  • Overall Experience: Overall experience in radiology.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience with acute or hospitals.
