Job Overview:

This role is responsible for overseeing the digital marketing efforts of Margaritaville Holdings, ensuring a seamless and engaging online customer experience. The Digital Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, managing and tracking digital campaigns, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and industry best practices, and compiling reporting on campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition, leveraging social media, email, paid search, display advertising, and other relevant platforms.

Compliance:
Ensure that digital marketing activities are compliant with relevant laws, regulations, internal policies, and industry standards, working with outside compliance agencies as needed.

Campaign Management:
Plan, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams to align brand digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.

Brand Email Marketing:
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns for the overall brand, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to create and send targeted email campaigns.

Real Estate Marketing:
Work with the real estate leadership to plan and execute email marketing campaigns to inform real estate leads of new locations and new opportunities for investment.

SEO and SEM Oversight:
Work with outside digital agencies to oversee the implementation of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance Margaritaville's online visibility, drive organic traffic, and maximize ROI on paid search campaigns.

Social Media Collaboration:
Work with the social team to understand social media initiatives, including content creation, community management, and influencer partnerships, to strengthen Margaritaville's presence on social platforms.

Website Management:
Work with digital agencies to update and enhance the Margaritaville website on a regular basis, adding new information, banners, and ad placements as needed.

Cookie Compliance:
Work with outside compliance agencies to research and categorize cookies as needed, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall digital marketing effectiveness.

Project Management:
Manage the development of an enhanced brand website presence, working with outside agencies and internal teams to ideate, develop, and launch a new website that encompasses all partners and licensees within the Margaritaville brand.

Content Development:
Collaborate with the content and creative teams to create compelling and relevant digital content that resonates with Margaritaville's target audience, maintaining consistency with the brand's voice and identity.

Budget Management:
Responsible for the effective allocation and management of digital brand marketing budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and delivering measurable results.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align brand digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.

Requirements:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience with at least 1 year in a management level role, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills:
Expert level understanding and application of web analytics and reporting metrics, expert level experience in SEO, SEM, and Metasearch, dynamic, enthusiastic, creative leader who thrives under pressure and is able to perform multiple functions and troubleshoot when needed, effective verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal communication skills, proficient computer skills including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud.
