**Job Description:** Engineering Support Specialist, CRVA Facilities Management

**Estimated Salary:** $60,000 - $70,000 per year

The Charlotte Regional Visitors Authority (CRVA) is seeking an experienced Engineering Support Specialist to join our facilities management team. The successful candidate will provide technical support for engineering operations, including maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and maintenance, with experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry. They will assist in leading maintenance and repair projects, evaluate and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support for engineering operations
  • Assist in leading maintenance and repair projects
  • Evaluate and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
  • Maintain all equipment in facility that is part of the heating and cooling systems
  • Coordinate with vendors on facility floor to ensure accuracy of detailed floor plans

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 4 years of experience in maintenance and repair preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
