We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Phoenix, AZ for a 13-week assignment in the NICU / PICU department.
About the RoleThis is a critical care nursing position that requires exceptional clinical expertise and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to critically ill newborns and pediatric patients.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health literacy and self-advocacy.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary of $3,175 per week.
