Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Transport individuals to appointments and activities.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, family members, and individuals served.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass a physical, drug screening, and background check.
