Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team at Randstad Digital. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical oversight of our production support environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with a focus on incident administration and production support. You will need to possess excellent communication, technical, and documentation skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and assess current environment to identify areas for improvement
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Communicate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless resolution of incidents
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of technical procedures and processes
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in incident administration and production support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • General knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
  • General knowledge of Apache, Tomcat, and IIS Manager services
