Job Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing the needs of Johnston & Murphy customers and supporting our retail operations through your extensive product knowledge and adherence to internal protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls to facilitate customer orders from various channels.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat from customers and internal departments regarding orders, shipments, and returns.
- Achieve individual and team-oriented customer service objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback on system requirements, process enhancements, website challenges, or customer issues.
- Represent the brand effectively, upholding a strong set of core values.
- Communicate efficiently within the organization, fostering productive relationships with colleagues.
- Make informed decisions based on analysis and knowledge, demonstrating urgency in resolving issues.
- Assist with various projects as needed within the organization.
Qualifications:
Experience and Skills:
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to follow established procedures with minimal errors.
- Utilize strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to contribute to team success.
- Availability to work flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 6 hours during operational hours.
