Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in addressing the needs of Johnston & Murphy customers and supporting our retail operations through your extensive product knowledge and adherence to internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls to facilitate customer orders from various channels.
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or chat from customers and internal departments regarding orders, shipments, and returns.

Qualifications:

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to follow established procedures with minimal errors.
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach to contribute to team success.
  • Availability to work flexible shifts ranging from 4 to 6 hours during operational hours.
