Automated Health Systems is in search of dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in providing exceptional support. This role involves assisting applicants and members who reach out to our Service Center for inquiries related to the TennCare Programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide frontline assistance to applicants and members.
  • Support members in reporting changes to their cases.
  • Assist with filing appeals for eligibility denials and terminations.
  • Respond to general inquiries from members.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong proficiency in using multiple computer systems.
  • An Associate's Degree in social or behavioral sciences or a related field is preferred; a High School Diploma is required.
  • Experience in health insurance or Medicaid is advantageous.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.

Work Environment:

The Service Center operates Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM. We provide comprehensive training and a range of benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and an Employee Wellness Program.
