Accounting and HR Leadership Opportunity
A leading organization in the service industry is searching for a results-driven Controller/HR Manager to oversee financial operations and HR functions. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will play a critical role in driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accounting department, designing and implementing systems and controls to optimize processes.
- Manage financial operations, including client billing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll for W-2 personnel.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on strategic financial initiatives.
- Administer HR functions, including benefits enrollment, compliance, and personnel onboarding/offboarding.

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of combined experience in accounting, financial management, and human resources.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with senior leadership and external partners.
- An accounting designation or equivalent P&L management experience is a plus.

Benefits and Salary: This opportunity offers competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, along with comprehensive benefits such as paid time off, holidays, medical, dental, vision, company-paid short-term disability, term life insurance, and a Safe Harbor qualified 401(k) plan.
