Construction Project Manager for Commercial and Industrial Sites

">We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to lead our commercial and industrial construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supervising ground-up commercial projects with budgets over $10M.

">The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project management, including site coordination, subcontractor supervision, quality control, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. A strong focus on safety is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and employees.

- Supervise assistant superintendents, field labor, subcontractors, and trade personnel to ensure seamless project execution.">
- Coordinate and direct all construction activities, maintaining a high level of quality workmanship that meets original plans and specifications.">
- Maintain accurate records, including construction schedules, inspection reports, and material ordering.">
- Develop and implement strategies to meet project deadlines, manage costs, and mitigate risks.">
- Foster positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.">
- Promote job site safety by identifying hazards, enforcing safe work practices, and addressing employee concerns.">
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.">
- Serve as a liaison between the project team, clients, and corporate office to facilitate smooth project execution.">
- Perform other duties as assigned, aligned with company objectives.">
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably on commercial and industrial projects.">

- $120,000 - $150,000 per year (estimated salary range), depending on experience and qualifications.">
