Job Summary

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic, including supervising registered nurses and medical assistants, managing supplies, and ensuring patient satisfaction. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our Site Medical Director and Operations Director to ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality patient care through effective supervision and delegation of tasks to nursing staff.
  • Manage clinic operations, including supply management and patient feedback.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement plans of care in accordance with physician orders and established policies and procedures.
  • Provide ongoing education and training to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • One year of nursing leadership experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and database management.
