Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the medical director and other stakeholders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote safe and effective patient care.
- Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize patient care and staff productivity.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, maintaining a culture of safety and quality within the department.
- Associate's degree in nursing and 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing, with a focus on ambulatory care.
- Registered Nurse licensure in South Carolina.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence.
- Knowledge of office equipment and software, with proficiency in data entry and word processing.
