Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our housekeeping team as a Hotel Housekeeping Associate. This role involves cleaning and preparing guest rooms, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment by emptying trash, replenishing supplies, and dusting furniture and fixtures.
  • Ensure that all guest rooms and public areas meet established standards of cleanliness and propriety.
  • Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Work collaboratively with other associates to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • No formal education or training required.
  • No prior experience necessary, but basic knowledge of general cleaning principles and use of cleaning products is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs, push, pull, and move levers, equipment, and furniture throughout a shift.
  • Must be able to work with arms raised above head and maneuver fully loaded maid cart through hallways and into/out of closets.
