- Equipment Operation: Operate motorized equipment such as trucks, chainsaws, and lawn mowers.
- Welding and Cutting: Perform welding, brazing, and cutting using gas and electric welding equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experience: One year of experience in building maintenance and repair work.
- Licenses and Certifications: Current valid Texas motor vehicle operator's license.
- Bilingual: Ability to converse fluently in Spanish and English.
