EMT - Emergency Medical Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at Knapp Medical Center. As an EMT, you will be responsible for providing emergency medical care to patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Assess and manage medical, trauma, and environmental emergencies under the supervision of a staff nurse or physician.
- Provide patient care based on individual patient needs within the scope of practice.
- Maintain a safe environment and perform duties under the direction of the ED Registered Nurse or Charge Nurse.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Basic EMT Training or E.R. experience required.
- Current BLS certificate required upon hire and maintenance.
- Facility-specific requirements may include ACLS and PALS certifications.
